We are a community outreach and engagement, Christian based organisation supporting people in need in our society, with a view to raise their standard of living and wellbeing through benevolent projects and empowerment service provision. We provide a safe space for people to connect, learn and get support through various befriending mental health and emotional wellbeing therapeutic activities as well as our therapeutic one to one sessions.
WHAT WE DO
Community outreach, engagement, empowerment, supporting and helping people in need,through various benevolent acts of kindness, events, course, and other befriending services. Provide mental health and emotional wellbeing awareness and support, helping people out of isolation, grief and loss, support for families, parenting; events, workshops. We provide 1 to 1 face to face & remote support for Counselling, Psychotherapy utlising intergrative relational and person centred approaches. We also offer coaching, mentoring, pastoral care and accompaniment.
